ISP-Xs (Internet Billing and Administration Software)

Isp-xs is a complete Internet Billing and Administration System developed to assist Service Providers in managing and servicing customer accounts. It's the first product from Pakistan to provide a fully integrated solution for Internet Billing.

Billing Core This part handles the actual billing, extracting information from RADIUS or any other authentication system. It also handles the creation of customer accounts, their E-mail addresses, and balance according to the tariff package selected in just a single integrated step as well as handles generation of deferent statements and calculation of discounts etc.  Administration Front-End Isp-xs uses a complete web based front end to work across different platforms and operating systems. A complete collection of easy to use screens provide administrators with an interface that makes possible all of the user management of ISP.  Database Isp-xs supports connectivity to a variety of database via query language like SQL. These databases are selected, keeping in view the expected customer base of the ISP. All the billing records, user information and usage statistics are maintained by this part of the system.  Customer Front-End Isp-xs also provides a customer web based front end that can be integrated in to the ISP's web site. This system provides user with the options of checking their complete accounting records including usage for the current and previous month, available balance and deposit status. The system also gives the user the option of changing his Internet Access password in an easy to use way. The system also provides the facility to create child ids.
